FindNotes is a knowledge base software and note-taking application that enables users to create, organize, search, and collaborate on content. The Service includes features such as article creation, keyword tagging, version history, team collaboration, and file attachments.

3. Account Registration

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans. To request a refund, contact us at Service@findnotes.app within 30 days of your initial purchase.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDNOTES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
